Former minister to take legal action against person who made allegation

Kochi: Prof KV Thomas, congress MP from Ernakulam and former union minister, has denied any links with the blackmailing case in Kochi in which two women were arrested by the police for allegedly using video footages sexually explicit scenes for extorting money from a slew of individuals.
Denying the claim Prof. Thomas said that he would initiate legal action against the persons concerned for making such allegations. Ruksana one of the accused in the blackmailing case has allegedly told the police that that Prof. Thomas was amongst the persons who visited her for sexual favours, according to a section of media reports.
