Even though on the streets, they are still part of the animal circle and one doesn’t go and simply exploit them for their use. We have seen dogs loitering around the roads, our houses, parks and some of us (as a matter of fact) loathe them not realising they are also creatures wanting some love or may be food.
Since childhood we have seen family and friends cuddling and taking care of animals, especially dogs. Hitting them is out of question but there are few exceptions who, for fun, mistreat animals. Such kind of acts should be stopped and there are organisations running for it. If you spot one kindly call and inform the authorities and save a humble soul.
