Hyderabad: Despite a few big films hitting the screens in the coming days, small film Boochamma Boochodu starring Sivaji is all set to share screen space with them on September 5.
A few horror films have tasted success at the box-office recently and the makers of Boochamma Boochodu are confident that this one will follow suit.
This film marks the return of Sivaji in films after a long gap.
“We worked extra hard because when compared to regular comedies and emotional dramas, horror films need different variations in expressions,” says the actor.
He added that his earlier film Mantra started a horror films’ trend in Telugu. He is confident that Boochamma Boochodu will also be equally good.
He promises that senior actors Brahmanandam, Vennela Kishore and Srinivas Reddy will make one laugh throughout the film.
“And then, the entire comedy show team from Jabardast is in the film,” he says.
Kainaz Motiwala of Ragini MMS fame is the female lead and Revan Yadav, who worked with director Gunasekhar, is making his debut as a director.
Sekhar Chandra gave music for the film.
