Hyderabad: Most of the film fraternity participated in the ongoing survey organised by the Telangana state government.
Some stars have given complete details and some of them gave only part of the information sought.
Popular director Dasari Narayana Rao refused to give his caste to the enumerators.
“They asked him about his community details and the director got angry saying that ‘it is not important’, and asked them to remove the column,” says a source.
Others like actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi gave all details asked for.
Another actor Srikanth also cooperated fully and gave complete details to the enumerators.
Mahesh Babu who is away shooting in Switzerland took care to keep his details ready with his assistant.
“The surveyors came to Mahesh Babu’s house and got details about the actor from his assistant,” says our source.
Allu Aravind’s family and Ramanaidu’s family also gave details to the enumerators.
According to a source, Pawan Kalyan was not present for the survey, since he has gone for a holiday to Bengaluru.
According to our sources most of the film fraternity cooperated with the enumerators and shared details sought.
