I stand in full solidarity with this anti-child labour cry.”
National Award-winning vocalist-composer-lyricist Rupam Islam had once conceptualised and choreographed a spectacle involving kids with special needs to celebrate the spirit of joy. “Music enlightens the mind and enriches the heart. It can cure maladies and calm a weary, agitated soul,” underlines the talented musician, who has crooned a few good hits in Bollywood.
