Mumbai: Theatre actor-turned television actress Nikhila Rao is all set to enter Sandalwood industry with MG Srinivas’s ‘Srinivasa Kalyana’.
The actress gained popularity with her role in Radikaa Sarathkumar’s television soap ‘Vani Rani’.
Reportedly she landed the role when casting director recommended her name to Srinivas.
The actress was taken aback when her audition required to mouth abuses. Srinivas on the other hand explained the entire situation and after few shots, she was finalized for the role.
