P.C. Sreeram lauds Akshara Haasan

Chennai: Renowned cinematographer P. C. Sreeram, who is busy filming Dhanush’s second Bollywood film, Shamitabh, which has Amitabh Bachchan playing one of the lead characters, took to his social networking page to praise Kamal Haasan’s daughter, Akshara Haasan, for her acting skills in her debut film. He tweeted, “Akshara Haasan’s performance in Shamitabh shows Indian cinema has one more woman of substance. Her acting (is) top notch.” Akshara is playing the female lead in Shamitabh, and the music of the film is composed by Ilaiyaraaja.
