Mumbai: Robin Williams had urged his fan not to give up on life by sending her a heart breaking video, little did we know that he himself was fighting depression.
Vivian Waller, 21, was fighting three forms of terminal cancer. Knowing that she would likely die from her illness, she drew a bucket list of things she wanted to do. She wanted to marry her boyfriend, be there for her daughter’s first birthday and wanted to meet her idol, Robin Williams.
When she couldn’t travel from Auckland to US, one of her friend managed to get in touch with the actor. He agreed to record a short video clip and sent to her by email.
Vivian’s husband, Jack, whom she married in February made a decision to share the video to show people how awesome a person he was.
