The land has been taken from DRDO to give to APIIC

Hyderabad: State government on Wednesday issued orders allotting 1,102 acres of land in Kokkiralakonda Gap area and 600 acres in Chinnathayyur in Chittoor in favour of APIIC, taking it away from DRDO.
The land was allotted at the market rate of Rs 1.25 lakh per acre. State has also allotted 500 acres of land in P. Kothapalli Village, N.P. Kunta Mandal of Ananthapuramu district in favour of energy department to energy department.
