Salman Khan's wedding gift to Arpita Khan, a 3 bhk terrace flat?

Mumbai: Salman Khan is busy preparing for his sister Arpita’s impending wedding to her Delhi-based beau Aayush Sharma.

Even as the Khan family works out the details of the high-profile ceremony that may take place in early-2015, our sources report that bade bhaiya Salman has already picked out a gift — worth crores — for Arpita.

The gift, from what we hear, is a three-bedroom terrace flat that he’s hoping the couple will make their home.

Incidentally, Salman had gifted his brothers Arbaaz and Sohail apartments when they wed their respective partners, Malaika and Seema as well.

Our source adds that the flat for Arpita is close to the apartments owned by the rest of the family.

“Salman is known to be a generous gifter when it comes to his friends, and this invariably makes news. But when it comes to his family, he is very discreet about his plans. Actually, this apartment for Arpita was bought a few years ago; it was an investment that Salman wanted to make for his sister,” our source added.

Apparently, the team that redesigned the interiors of Salman’s Galaxy Apartments home has been signed to decorate Arpita’s flat as well.

The youngest Khan sibling is expected to shuttle between Delhi and Mumbai post-marriage.
