A bunch of artists came together to recreate classic from RDB in nine languages

Mumbai: Rang De Basanti, a 2006 Bollywood hit based upon the Indian freedom struggle, acquired a cult status among the new age patriots of our country. It even inspired a peaceful candle light protest, at India Gate, for justice in the Aarushi Talwar murder case.
On the even of Independence Day, a bunch of singers came together to recreate Roobaroo, a song from Rang De Basanti, in nine different Indian languages, truly defining 'Unity in diversity'.
The artists featuring in this video include Benny Dayal, Raghu Dixit, Sanam Puri, Swaroop Khan, Kamal Khan, Apeksha Dandekar, Shruti Pathak, Neeti Mohan, Brodha V and Voctronica. The track was produced and arranged by Dub Sharma.
