Suriya’s Sikander and Sumanth’s Lovers, will release on August 15

Hyderabad: Sumanth Aswin is going to take on Suriya this Independence Day. Sumanth Aswin and Nandita Raj are the lead actors in Lovers, which is all set to release on August 15. On the same day, Suriya and Samantha-starrer Sikander will also hit the screens.
The producers of Lovers are confident about their film doing well and thus chose this date. “It’s a full-on entertainment movie and the fans will love it,” says P. Mahendra, one of the producers of the film. Maruthi has written the screenplay and dialogues for the film. Sumanth Aswin’s father M.S. Raju, who made a few blockbusters some time back also advised the makers to release the film on August 15.
