Telangana Rashtriya Samiti seeks support of all other Chief Ministers

Rama Rao said the government would consider all options to stop it
Hyderabad: The TRS government has decided to fight, the Centre’s decision to handover law and order in Hyderabad to the Governor, both politically and legally, besides seeking support of Chief Ministers of all the states.
“We strongly oppose the Centre’s move. The decision is against the Constitution and federal spirit. We will go to any extent to stop this kind of action. The Centre’s move raises doubts that it was trying to protect some bigwigs in Hyderabad who are on the wrong side of the law and indulged in irregularities. Are they trying to protect land-grabbers,” he asked.
Stating that the Centre was acting beyond its purview, Mr Rama Rao said the government would consider all options to stop it. “We will meet Chief Ministers of other states and seek their support on Centre’s unconstitutional move. There is no issue in Hyderabad for Centre to act. The law and order is perfectly alright in Hyderabad,” he remarked adding that AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu was a “sadist.”
He was reacting on the issue in Hyderabad and Karimnagar.
Mr Rama Rao asserted the state government would implement its electoral promise of waiving loans up to '1 lakh to farmers despite RBI objections. "We will stand by our commitment come what may,” he asserted.
