Hyderabad: The Ganesh Ustav Committee members on Saturday met city police commissioner M. Mahender Reddy and other senior officials in connection with the arrangements for the upcoming Ganesh Chaturthi festivities.
The police commissioner said the department would soon start the preparations for providing security to ensure peaceful celebrations. He said the committee members pointed out their concerns during the meeting. They also assured of providing full cooperation to the police.
General secretary of the committee Mr Bhagavant Rao said that this will be the first Ganesha Chaturthi in the Telangana State, the preparations are in full swing
