Online approvals to those willing to set up industries in Andhra Pradesh

Hyderabad:Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday directed the officials to prepare an action plan for giving online approvals to those willing to set up industries in Andhra Pradesh.
Reviewing the industries department initiatives at his camp office on Wednesday, Mr Naidu asked the officials to set up a single window facility for industry clearances so that entrepreneurs do not need to run from one department to the other for various approvals.
In its recently released IT policy, the state government had already mentioned that it would promote an industry-friendly and corruption-free environment to attract investments.
Reputed IT firms like Wipro, Tech Mahindra and Infosys have already evinced interest to invest in AP and Wipro has announced it will expand its operations in Vizag.
