Bangalore: A nine-year-old girl was run over by a public bus run by the Bangalore Metro Transport Corporation (BMTC) on Tuesday, according to television reports.
Shubha Harini, who suffered serious injuries, has been admitted to Bangalore’s Jain Hospital. According to doctors, she may need to undergo multiple surgeries and may also have an amputation leg.
The accident occurred near the Cantonment railway station in the morning.
According to the report, Shubha who aspires to be a dancer and is also a good athlete, will turn 10 tomorrow.
