Hyderabad: Director Neelakanta is always coming up with new genres of films. His recent film, the Harshavardhan-starrer Maaya is a supernatural thriller. Madhura Sreedhar the producer is happy that the film has got a good response. He says that he has sold the rights for Kannada to Sridhar Reddy.
“Talks are on for making the film in Bengali and Odiya as well. A top writer of Tollywood is in talks with Emraan Hashmi, as the he feels Emraan can do justice to the film in Hindi,” says Madhura Sreedhar. He added that, with a few changes are likely. Our source reveals that writer Kona Venkat is in talks with the Bollywood actor.
The producer is all praises for Neelakantha, “Though the film had a mixed response on Friday, but it gradually picked up, and people are enjoying the thriller,” he says.
