India’s Got Talent’s stupendous success has led to a spin off, a global show which will attract millions of viewers from around the world. The show will feature 10 Indian and international talents each. It will premiere during December and will be telecast across the world. Shah Rukh Khan, who was once TV’s poster boy, will host the show.
Reminiscing about the early days, SRK said “I have come a long way. I remember when I just started doing Ramleela in Delhi, while the others would say Bol Siya Var Ram Chandra ki....’ I only said, Jai.” He continues, “The day I don’t hear ‘Roll Camera, Action’ it will be a very sad day for me. That’s why I try to work harder every day, so that I can continue working. The day you feel you have done everything, it’s the end. I still get nervous doing my first scene for every film,” he said.
Referring to the show, he says, “It will be great for us Indians to watch world wide talent come here to perform.” Shah Rukh is known for his witty answers. When asked about Salman-SRK’s dosti and dushmani, he simply laughed it off saying, “Ab yeh sab question purane ho chuke hai, aap log kuch achchey aur naye sawal dhund ke laiye. Shah Rukh aur Salman gale mil chuke hein. But for asking me a query on Salman, I give you a ten on ten” When asked for his take on Aamir Khan’s talent of showcasing himself nude for the P.K. poster, SRK instantly adds, “Wahan ja kar mat bolna ki yeh talent hai.”
