Will the Apple iWatch be a fitness wristband too?
Mumbai: Apple is all set to unveil its new smart device known as the ‘iWatch’ in October 2014. It will be available in two variants, which will include the 1.5-inch and 1.8-inch models.
The iWatch models will feature a curved glass with a flexible OLED display. This device can flop as easily as a piece of paper in the wind without breaking. Its glass can curve around your wrist easily. Apple has even expanded its plans in making this smartwatch not only a tech gadget, but also a fitness band on your hand.
The Apple iWatch will also be able to measure your blood pressure, sugar and how much calories need to be burned. You will be able to use your Apple iWatch for receiving messages, voice calls, and other notifications as well.
Comprising of NFC integration, this device might even feature wireless charging capabilities. In short, the iWatch will be a combination of health and sport-focused device. The 1.8-inch iWatch model will sport a slightly rectangular screen, which is rumoured to have Apple’s Siri as well.
