New Delhi: The NDA government on Wednesday moved closer to amending an Act which will empower the Juvenile Justice Board to decide on whether a juvenile involved in heinous crimes is to be sent to an observation home or tried in a regular court. The women and child development ministry sent the draft to the Cabinet.
