Nearly 30 workers had been employed by AUCC Cement at Tripoli, Libya, about one year ago on a two-year contract. However, 11 workers had come back to India about three months ago.
One of them, Ramanjineyulu, had later returned to Libya.
Family members of Mahbub Bhasha, Kasi Viswanath, Yaswanth, Shiva and Lakshminarayana said that the workers had no food since the past two days. All of them are stranded at their place of work.
