Government pays before 1st of August because Ramzan festival is on July 29

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh government on Saturday released salaries of its employees and also pensions for the month of July. Though salaries are paid on 1st of every month, and this time too it had to be on August 1.
But the government decided to pay it on July 26 (Saturday) itself following representation by Muslim employees that Ramzan festival is on July 29.
