Police constable who killed ACP gets one-month parole
Mr Qadeer, former police constable was convicted for killing ACP N. Satya in 1990
Hyderabad: Mohammed Abdul Qadeer, a former police constable who was convicted for killing an assistant commissioner of police, got parole for a month on Saturday. Qadeer, who gunned down ACP N. Satya in 1990, has been serving life imprisonment at the Cherlapally Central Prison for the past 22 years.
Since Qadeer has been suffering from several health issues, his family members had approached deputy CM Mohammed Mahmood Ali and filed an application to release him on parole. One of Qadeer’s legs was amputated due to diabetes.
