Visakhapatnam: A fresh upper air cyclonic circulation lies over northwest Bay of Bengal and neighbourhood extending up to 3.1 km above mean sea level. IMD predicts rain is likely to occur at one or two places over Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Further, rain occurred at a few places over Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in thelast 24 hours.
