IMD officials predict that the system would gradually weaken

Visakhapatnam: The depression over north Chhattisgarh and neighbouring areas has moved westwards, and is currently over east Madhya Pradesh, about 100 km southeast of Jabalpur.
Indian Metereological Department officials predict that the system would move further west in the next 24 hours and gradually weaken.
Isolated heavy rains are likely to occur in Adilabad, Nizamabad and Karimnagar of Telangana.
In the past 24 hours, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, Nizamabad, Adilabad, Hyderabad, Karimnagar and Ranga Reddy districts received slight rainfall.
