Chennai: Vemal’s Manja Pai, which was adjudged a critical and commercial success, has now been chosen to be screened at the four-day BRICS Film Festival.
Interestingly, this is the only Indian movie at the event, which has films representing Brazil, Russia, China and South Africa. The festival is being organised by the Russian Centre for Science and Culture. Vemal’s Vagai Sooda Vaa too was exhibited at various national and international film festivals.
