Hyderabad: Worried that your favourite eye liner is over or the shimmer eye shadow you were planning on wearing tonight is finished?
Here is how you can maximise the use of your make-up products and also use one product for multiple applications.
* Coloured eye pencils can be used as colour eye shadow. To avoid the texture from becoming a little greasy, use a matte compact powder as a base. Create smokey eyes with any coloured eye pencil by applying the same all over your lid till the crease line and then add a thick line of black eye pencil over the lash line. Blend in the corners and voila!
* An eye shadow can be used as a liner by wetting the liner brush and applying it on your lash line.
* Cream blush can be used as a lip stain, on application it gives a velvety touch and natural effect.
* Face illuminators and highlighters can be used as eye shadows to give a natural sheen to create a clean, sophisticated look followed by heavy application of mascara for a glam look. Liquid illuminators work well as glossy eye shadows.
* If all you have is a normal mascara and you need heavy and voluminous lashes, you can get the desired look by coating your lashes with loose powder before applying mascara. If you don’t have a loose powder use your compact powder by applying it using an eye shadow brush.
