Women take a lot of time to get ready and look beautiful so an offhand comment like “You look awful” will only add fuel to the fire. So if you want to voice your displeasure then be subtle — “That dress doesn’t suit you”
She is hot!
Never comment or stare at a girl who passes you while you’re with your girlfriend. However beautiful she maybe. Even if your girlfriend says so and pushes you for a response, react like you don’t care. Give an agreeable shrug if necessary. The worst you can do is to delay your response by ogling at her.
You have put on weight
Say something like that and it could be the last thing you do. No women wants to hear about her gaining weight.
