She will be seen in Idhu Namma Aalu along with Simbu and Nayanthara
Chennai: Idhu Namma Aalu which brings together Simbu and Nayanthara once again after a long gap has been in the news ever since it was launched by director Pandiraj. It is now learnt that much in demand actress, Taapsee, has been contacted for a crucial role for the film, which is in the wrapping-up stage. Since the movie has been simultaneously dubbed in Telugu as well, it is learnt that the filmmakers were looking for someone who was also popular in Tollywood.
Taapsee, who is shooting in Mumbai, says, “Yes, I have been approached. It is yet to be confirmed. When I did Aarambam, people thought I was doing the second lead. But I had my own space in the film. Here in INA, Nayan is the leading lady, I will be second lead.”
The movie has been hyped for obvious reasons. It’s a feel-good entertainer, the film marks the debut of STR’s brother, Kuralarasan, as a music composer.
