New Delhi: The body of veteran VHP leader Giriraj Kishore who died late on Sunday night was donated to Army College of Medical Sciences as per his last wish.
Giriraj, who had prostate cancer, was 94. Born in 1920 in UP, Giriraj, a school teacher in Morena, played an active role in the Ram Janmabhoomi agitation.
The CBI has decided to seek permission from the Rae Bareli special court for removal of his name from the list of accused in the Babri Masjid demolition case.
