Mumbai: Sonam Kapoor is known to be close to her entourage, most of who have been with her since the start of her career.
We just got to know that her make-up artist, Namrata Soni, is getting married and Sonam is making sure she is part of the celebrations.
The actress has even planned her promotional schedule for her upcoming film Khoobsoorat in such a way that she can be part of every function.
Our source says, “Namrata has worked on several big projects which includes Om Shanti Om, Salaam Namaste, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna to name a few. Her association with Sonam can be traced back to the actress’s Aisha and I Hate Luv Stories days. While she shares cordial relations with most actresses, she has special affection reserved for Sonam and the actress is equally close to her. The wedding is in the last week of August.” The shoot of Khoobsoorat has already created a lot of buzz. It marks the debut of Pakistan star Fawad Khan and is slated to release mid-September. Sonam has already worked out her dates for the promotion schedule so that she is there with Namrata on her big day. The actress is also expected to put up a performance at the sangeet,” the source adds.
