IAS officers Rakesh Garg and Jugal Kishore Mohapatra were named secretaries

New Delhi: In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, senior IAS officers Rakesh Garg and Jugal Kishore Mohapatra were named secretaries in the departments of telecommunications and fertilisers respectively.
The Centre approved the appointment of enforcement director Rajan S. Katoch as secretary in the department of heavy industry.
Sanjay Kothari, secretary in the department of administrative reforms and public grievances, has been appointed secretary in the department of personnel and training.
