Mumbai: Salman Khan has for the first time, ruled out city-promotions for his mega Eid release, Kick. Visiting a number of cities and connecting with his fans has been the superstar’s style of promoting his films for years now. So, what prompted the decision?
Salman is well-aware of the chaos that happens in venues where fans throng in large numbers to catch a glimpse of him.
A source close to the actor said, “Salman wants to avoid the chaos and the stampedes. Therefore, he has decided to maintain a low profile for the sake of the safety of his fans. Initially, the team was shocked by his decision but eventually they understood.”
