Hyderabad: Mr Sudesh Kumar, the CEO of a job consultancy said that no bonafide recruiter will demand money or even job registration fee from job hunters. He says it is the candidates who are responsible for encouraging fake offers.
All companies have a specified eligibility criteria and cut off percentages. Secondly, no company has backdoor recruitments. Facing interviews with the company’s HR is mandatory.
All companies have their official Website and jobs will be posted only there. Candidates should directly apply or through consultancies or through referrals via a serving employee without paying a penny.
Mr. G. Pala Raju, DCP, central crime station said, "When the fraudster is using a MNC's name, one has to remember that MNCs recruit only from campuses or through advertisements. And If they mention a reputed company's name, the candidate should visit its website, email or call up the HR department to cross check. Ineligible candidates think backdoor entry is possible and don't mind paying huge bribes."
