Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court has come to the rescue of a student who lost her chance of admission in the MBBS course last year, due to the Samaik-yandhra agitation.
B. Maheswari, an MBBS aspirant, moved the HC aggrieved by the action of authorities of the Government Medical College, Anantapur in denying her admission.
She submitted that she had secured rank 5,711 in Eamcet 2013 and allotted a seat in Anantapur thro-ugh provisional admission order dated July 27, 2013.
