Our sources in B-town tell us that Aamir Khan was displeased with the security arrangements at a suburban studio in Mumbai, after details regarding the upcoming episodes of his TV show, Satyamev Jayate, were leaked.Aamir, we hear, wanted to shoot six special episodes for his show very discreetly and was livid when he realised that these were being discussed in detail in the media.
His team questioned the security personnel at the studio to find out how the leak occurred. “Satyamev Jayate is extremely special for Aamir and for the audience. From meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi to looking into every single detail of the social issues that were raised, Aamir has put in major efforts to ensure that the episodes are perfect. It was unfair on the part of the studio personnel to give out information regarding the show. Aamir’s team was forced to take it up the issue,” a unit member said.
Aamir has always maintained a certain secrecy around his projects.
“Satyamev Jayate is a show that helps create awareness, it shouldn’t be treated like any other reality show,” a source added.
