A super-affordable octa-core Android smartphone for Rs 8,450
Mumbai: WickedLeak, on July 10, has introduced Wammy Neo Youth, an octa-core smartphone. The device is a dual-SIM smartphone and the new entrant boasts of features like an MTK6592 octa-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz, coupled with 1GB RAM, a Mali-450 graphics unit. The Neo Youth sports a 5-inch HD IPS (720x1280 pixels) display with a pixel density of 320ppi.
The internal storage is 8GB and can be expanded using a micro SD card up to 64GB. The Wammy Neo Youth features a 13MP rear camera, and a 5MP front camera, which is aimed for better selfies. The camera also supports voice commands to click pictures.
The smartphone is powered using a 2200mAh battery and powered by the Google Android 4.2 OS (upgradable to Android 4.4 Kitkat).
Moreover, Wammy Neo Youth supports S View window through flip case, which can be purchased separately for Rs 1,500.
The Wammy Neo Youth is available for Rs 8,450 and will be available for pre-booking starting today, 15th July, exclusively on www.wickedleak.org. An AquaProtect version can be ordered at Rs 1,500 extra. With AquaProtect, the Wammy Neo Youth can sustain in water up to 30 minutes. The technology coats the phone with an invisible molecular level layer, which repels water and protects the internal parts from water damage.
