Mumbai: Spice has launched its new smartphone, which can be worn on your wrist - Smart Pulse M 9010.
This wearable 40 mm display phone is fuelled with 420-mAh battery. As per official reports, it works as a multi-functional watch and can be paired via Bluetooth with any other android smartphone to work as secondary device for the smartphone. Even though this is a stand-alone phone, you can control the alerts by pairing other smartphones via Bluetooth.
The Smart Pulse device gives remote access for the paired smartphone for functionalities to make and receive calls, view call logs, read and write SMSes, remote camera capture, music streaming and notification alert for social applications. Spice will provide a Bluetooth notification, APK file that needs to be downloaded on the user’s Android smartphone in order to pair with the watch through Bluetooth.
Commenting on the launch, T M Ramakrishnan, CEO – Devices, Spice Retail Limited said ‘The Smart Pulse is innovative for its dual SIM functionality, utilitarian for its Bluetooth pairability and fashionable for the changeable wrist bands that come with it, a unique feature for this category.’ The Spice Smart Pulse M 9010 is available for Rs 4,999 on stands .
