Rahul Gandhi caught snoozing in Parliament during debate on price rise: BJP
New Delhi: Still coming to terms with his party’s poll debacle and criticism for the lack of leadership qualities, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi is at the epicentre of controversy once again.
The 44-year-old leader was caught sleeping in the Parliament even as lawmakers debated inflation and price rise, an issue that the Congress was often rebuked for.

Leaving no chance to take a dig at the 44-year-old leader, BJP leader Shahnawaaz Hussain tweeted, "Rahul Gandhi was seen sleeping in Parliament during a debate on price rise. That's what the Congress was doing during their 10 yr rule."
Meanwhile, Congress outrightly rejected such claims. Senior NCP leader Praful Patel said, "Just because people close their eyes in Parliament doesn't mean they are sleeping."
