Due to delay in communication from Rashtrapati Bhavan the Polavaram bill was withdrawn

Hyderabad: Union home minister Rajnath Singh on Monday sought permission to withdraw the Polavaram Bill that was to replace the Ordinance on merging seven Khammam mandals with Seemandhra.
Introduction of the Polavaram Bill was listed for Monday as Item No. 6, but the minister withdrew introduction of the Bill as there was a delay in communication from the Rashtrapati Bhavan regarding the President permitting withdrawal of the Ordinance.
Meanwhile, all MP's of Telangana Rashtra Samithi joined other Opposition members at the podium and raised slogans against introduction of the Polavaram Bill.
