Tornado forms stunning backdrop in Canadian couple’s wedding pictures

Mumbai: Seen any wedding crashers? Surely not of this kind. A couple at Saskatchewan in Canada had an unexpected visitor – a tornado – at their reception. Keeping their worries at bay regarding the situation, the couple and professional photographer, Colleen Niska, used the natural calamity as a stunning backdrop.

Niska posted the images on her Facebook page over the weekend, along with the caption "I've dreamed about a day like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could NOT wait to post these! Pretty sure this will only happen once in my lifetime!"

Within two days of posting the pictures, the page got nearly 25000 likes and 17,000 shares.

According to CTV News, the funnel cloud was approximately an hour away from the couple's photo shoot. The tornado did not interfere with the wedding festivities, apart from windy conditions blowing over a tent at the outdoor reception.
