YSR Congress leaders meet DGP over killings

Hyderabad: YSR Congress leaders led by Ongole MP Y.V. Subba Reddy met AP Director General of Police J.V. Ramudu and complained against the killings and attacks on YSRC leaders and activists. They alleged that after TD came into power several YSRC activists and leaders were murdered and false cases were foisted against them.

They complained to the DGP about the atrocities of TD leaders on YSRC activists. They asked the DGP for proper investigations into the incidents. He said, “YSRC leader Bhaskar Reddy died due to high-handedness of the police. TD activists attacked YSRC men at several places. Police should act impartially and do justice.”
