Hyderabad: The Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills police raided Internet centers and shopping malls and booked them for violations.
The police raided about 10 Internet centers and booked cases against eight of them for violations in maintaining surveillance cameras and maintenance of registers.
They also conducted a decoy operation in three shopping malls and issued notices for violations.
“We conducted a decoy operation by sending explosive materials into malls, but the security personnel could not identify them. We booked cases against malls like Brand Factory and Chroma and issued notices,” said Mr D.V. Pradeep Kumar, inspector, Jubilee Hills.
