Mumbai: Yes, you heard it right — a 77-year-old man outsmarted youngsters in a push-up contest held at Ukraine. The contest which had the participation of more than a dozen people pumping iron on paving slabs saw the septuagenarian beating his competitors with ease.
The contest was oraganised to pay tribute to soldiers who took part in the Second World War. Interestingly, the man in the story who managed to pull off 37 reps in 45 seconds is also a former soldier. The impressed onlookers clapped and cheered post his performance and greeted him with a bunch of flowers.
