Hyderabad: According to a reliable source from the sets, Rajinikanth is playing a Collector in his upcoming film Lingaa. At present, the shooting of this film is going on at a private studio in Hyderabad. Anushka and Sonakshi Sinha are playing the two female leads opposite the superstar. K. S. Ravi Kumar is directing this film. Rajinikanth will be seen in two avatars one is a flashback and the other is the present, where he plays a district collector.
