Mumbai: City boy Bhushan Agarwal had tweeted to Farah Khan recently after watching Sajid Khan’s latest film, Humshakals. He wrote, “@Farah Khan Plz tell ur brother not to waste producer’s money. Its cruelty towards the audience. Indirectly we are getting looted @humshakals”. And for the film buff who frequently tweets to Bollywood stars, he was surprised to find a direct message from the choreographer and director, the same day which said, “Any1 forced u to go to theatre??.”
Bhushan who was startled by Farah’s personal retaliation says that he manages to catch almost every movie which releases on a weekend, so he didn’t want to miss out on Humshakals either, “As a viewer, if I have spent money on a film, and find it to be utterly pointless, why shouldn’t I tweet about it?”
And instead of tweeting him back, she chose to send a direct message, “Since she doesn’t follow me I couldn’t message her back. So I tweeted to her saying that as a viewer I have every right to speak out if a movie isn’t my money’s worth. I also told her that I was looking forward to watch her upcoming film Happy New Year,” he adds.
