Children who worked with Aamir in '3 Idiots' miss his chocolates
Leh: Aamir Khan's blockbuster '3 Idiots' has been a memorable film for the students of the Druk White Lotus School here as the superstar used to treat them with chocolates during the climax shoot of the movie The memories of the 2009 film starring Aamir, Kareena Kapoor, Sharman Joshi and R Madhavan are still vivid in the minds of the students at the Rancho's (character played by Aaamir) school.
"Aamir Khan gave us chocolates and '3 Idiots' books. The shooting was a very nice experience for us, we enjoyed a lot," said a fourth standard student. But for the senior class students, scenario is different. When asked one of them if they also got chocolates, he refused as he said that Aamir gave chocolates only to the juniors.
The school is currently a centre of attraction for the film aficionados at the ongoing Ladakh International Film Festival (LIFF) as the venue has been chosen for the movie screenings. Last evening Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra's documentary 'Bollywood: The Greatest Love Story Ever Told' was screened amid the presence of Bollywood celebrities including Deepti Naval, Govind Nihalani among others.
