Hyderabad: K. Achi Reddy, producer of Naga Chaitanya and Samantha starrer Telugu movie “Autonagar Surya”, on Thursday withdrawn the case challenging the stay granted by a lower court in Guntur on release of the film.
The producer filed a memo before Justice V. Suri Appa Rao stating that the stay granted by the lower court was pertaining to the RR Movie Makers and the production house of the movie has nothing to with the order and it will not have adverse effect on release of the movie on June 27.
He said that the complainant has moved the lower court against the RR Movie maker not against the producers of the movie and urged the court to permit him to withdraw the plea.
After recording the memo, the judge permitted Mr Achi Reddy to withdraw the plea.
