Government-run pharmacies will sell quality medicines at fair price to public

Chennai: Chief minister J.Jayalalithaa on Thursday launched Amma pharmacies in 10 different locations across the state including one at Nanganallur in Kancheepuram district through video conferencing from the Secretariat here. These government-run pharmacies will sell quality medicines at fair price to public.
Members of the Doctors’ Association for Social Equality lauded the state government’s initiative to help the poor and middle class.
