Case filed against Mr Reddy for violation of model code of conduct

Hyderabad: Justice Nooty Ramamohan Rao on Thursday stayed all further proceedings in a criminal case against YSR Congress president and leader of Opposition in the AP Legislative Assembly Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, filed against him at Kodad police station in Nalgonda district for alleged violation of model code of conduct during his 2014 election campaign in recent general election.
While directing the authorities to file the counter affidavit on the plea, the judge stayed all the further proceedings.
